When the right starting point is unclear, Lee spends a day with your team, followed by individual conversations and a report bringing together the issues and priorities that matter.
The scope, output and fixed price are agreed beforehand. Further work is optional.

When there’s a defined problem or opportunity, we can shape a useful result and get the work moving. That might mean a process change, a dashboard, new software, connected or managed IT, or clearer customer communications.
We agree the result, boundaries and price before starting.
Ongoing improvement
HumanAmp can stay alongside the business, connecting priorities and improvement work across the organisation, keeping agreed changes moving and giving business owners a clearer view of what needs attention.
The monthly arrangement reflects the amount of work and involvement your business needs.
A useful result, not access to AI.
You’re paying for experienced people to find the worthwhile work, design what’s needed and get it done. Agents, software and AI running time are part of how we work, not what we sell. We work openly with your people and teach as we go, so knowledge and confidence build inside the business as the work moves.
Contained work is priced around an agreed result. Ongoing work is priced around the level of improvement activity and support needed. Larger software builds, integrations, substantial research and external costs are scoped separately.
