Least ready for AI? Still lots to gain.

AI can do little of the work on site yet. Around it, there’s plenty it can already help with: enquiries, quotes, invoices and the team’s day.

We start with the people doing the work, not the technology. That’s where we find the gains.

Every business holds a vast amount of knowledge. In its systems, its records, and the experience people carry around in their heads.

Bring that knowledge together, and you can start to see connections, understand problems and uncover opportunities that were difficult to see before.

But every business is different. Different people, different systems, different ways of getting things done.

That’s where HumanAmp comes in.

Lee and Dave roll their sleeves up with your team. We listen, follow the real work, draw out what people know and get the right information connected. We understand the complications and find where change could make a worthwhile difference.

Lee brings product design and invention, spotting opportunities others miss. Dave brings the technical experience, rigour and security thinking to help turn those ideas into dependable systems.

Together, we get the technology fitted to the work.

We use the next generation of AI to build teams of virtual workers. We call them Amps. You can talk to them, and they work behind the scenes, putting knowledge to use and taking on tasks alongside your people.

At Landywood, Neil wanted to make house-builder contracts more profitable. Crews sometimes arrive to find scaffolding still up.

That sparked two ideas. A customer portal to give house builders a clearer picture of the work and encourage more proactive planning. And a QR code on the van to attract enquiries from neighbouring homes, with Landy gathering the details around the clock.

Then we shape, test and put worthwhile ideas to work. Sometimes a better service. Sometimes a new product, clever automation, or a smarter way of working.

We check what changes, learn from it, and use that understanding to choose the next step.

Each improvement gives you something to build on.

HumanAmp. Inventing more rewarding work.
